Getting here

By car: Étrigny is 1h30 from Lyon, 1h45 from Geneva, and 3h from Paris. Take the A6 motorway, exit Tournus, then 15 minutes along country roads.
By train: Mâcon-Loché TGV station (40 min by car) or Tournus station (15 min). Car hire is available at both stations.
By plane: Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport (1h30) or Geneva (2h). We recommend hiring a car to reach the house.

What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. Late arrival is possible on request.
How do I collect the keys?: Keys are left in a secure key box. The code is emailed to you 7 days before your arrival.

Is there an on-site concierge?: Yes. Nathalie, our local concierge, welcomes you on arrival, looks after your stay, and is available for any question. Her contact details are sent to you before your arrival.
Is Wi-Fi included?: Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the house.
How does cleaning work?: End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price at no extra charge. We simply ask that you leave the house tidy and wash the dishes.
Are bed linen and towels provided?: Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided for all sleeping places.
Are pets allowed?: Yes, pets are welcome with a small surcharge. Please let us know at the time of booking.
What if something goes wrong during our stay?: Nathalie, the on-site concierge, is your first point of contact; Annie is also reachable by email or phone. Contact details are included in your arrival email. We aim to respond quickly during the day.
