At the time of booking: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, stay dates, number of guests. Payment data is collected and processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe and never passes through our servers.

- Managing the booking and contractual relationship
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax)
- Direct communication (confirmation, arrival information, etc.)
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention periods
- 10 years for accounting documents (invoices)
- 3 years for all other booking data
6. Sub-processors
Our sub-processors are: Vercel (hosting, USA), Stripe (payments, USA), Resend (emails, USA), Airbnb and Booking.com (calendar synchronisation). Transfers outside the EU are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
