Staying cool in summer in a stone house
La Maison Rosie is a former outbuilding of Étrigny château, with thick stone walls that naturally retain the cool — even on the warmest summer days. For the hottest spells, we provide everything you need to stay comfortably fresh.

Why no fixed air conditioning?
The house sits directly beside Étrigny château, within a heritage-protected zone: the installation of fixed air conditioning on the façade is not permitted by the Bâtiments de France heritage authority. We have therefore opted for portable solutions that are equally effective and respectful of the character of the property.
